These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by APRK Information Technology Co. L.L.C. ("APRK"). By accessing our website or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

APRK provides enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, CCTV, ERP, CRM, software development, IT equipment sales and annual maintenance contracts. The scope, deliverables and pricing of any project are defined in a separate written proposal or service agreement.

2. Quotations & Payment

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms are specified in each proposal or invoice.
• Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by UAE law.

3. Warranty

Hardware supplied by APRK carries the original manufacturer's warranty. Services are performed to industry-accepted professional standards. Any support commitments are as defined in the applicable AMC or SLA agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos and images — is the property of APRK or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APRK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
